A non-immigrant ED visa
A non-immigrant ED visa (Student visa) is intended for international students seeking to study in Thailand. Students can extend their stay for periods ranging from 3 months to 1 year, depending on their program of study. To apply, you must obtain an approval letter from the Ministry of Education. The visa application process typically takes 4–6 weeks.

Immigration Information
You will be given an immigration stamp, initially allowing you to stay for 90 days.
- Students need to extend their stay permits at immigration depending on their program.
- Students must notify the immigration office of their address every 90 days.
- Private school visas cannot extend beyond 12 months per visa.
- Courses longer than 12 months require a new ED visa application.

- Beginner program – 6 months
- Intermediate program – 5 months
- Advanced program – 6 months

- Immigration in Bangkok (Recommended): For all nationalities. TR visa (60 days), Exemption visa (30/90 days) can apply here.

If you enter with a 60-day TR visa, 30-day or 90-day exemption, please visit the school with required documents immediately upon arrival. The visa process takes 4–6 weeks.
Terms & Conditions
The student will be instructed in Thai language according to the school curriculum.
We offer the ED visa only for students who attend classes.
All fees are non-refundable except in the case of Ministry of Education refusing to grant approval.
Employment is not allowed with a Thai Education visa.
